>Winter Blizzard of 2009- Washington, D.C.

>I took the opportunity to travel into Washington D.C. to take some photographs of the storm. I took these photographs Saturday afternoon. By the end of the day, 15 inches of snow had accumulated. If I had only known that D.C. would discontinue Metro service to VA by the time I was ready to head home. The only way home was on foot… yes, I walked from D.C. to Arlington, VA in blizzard conditions. It was a day to remember, that’s for sure.
