>As the world knows, DC is under a very thick blanket of snow. Over 20 inches to be exact. As we wait for the next storm to begin tonight, I thought I would post this picture of the Capitol. It was taken after the first blizzard and the water in front of the Capitol was frozen over and snow covered.
I’m still learning the ins and outs of Photoshop and having fun learning new techniques. The image here is using the polar coordinates filter. I had so much fun creating this, so don’t be surprised if you see this technique used again.
