Captured at the Hartford Press CoOp, this workshop brought together creativity, community, and the joy of making something by hand. Jessica, the artist behind Small Deeds Studio, guided participants through the relief printmaking process, carving, inking, and pressing their own designs onto fabric.
My role was to document not just the final prints, but the energy in the room: hands at work, the concentration of carving, the excitement of lifting a print for the first time. Through a mix of photography and short video clips, this portfolio highlights the story of the workshop experience, immersive, tactile, and deeply creative.
