Trail running in the middle of February, in New England, why not? The weather has been mild, so it was a great opportunity to shoot at East Rock Trail. CrossFit New Haven and Crossfit Milford’s Anaerobic Endurance Team coach, Kristen Miller, was a perfect choice for the shoot. Kristen has an impressive athletic career, which includes Division 1 swimming, olympic and half-ironman distance triathlons and she placed ninth at the 2011 Reebok Crossfit New England Regionals. I wish her the best of luck during the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games season and I look forward to our next photo shoot.
